Most modern-day company offerings that customers enjoy today were available at Tiger Services, then called Air Alamo Services, more than 25 years ago. Placing a premium on talent in their Tiger Services technicians, Mr. & Mrs. Mollgaard became one of the most reputable San Antonio companies in the cooling and heating field.
As the new millennium arrived, the Mollgaards expanded to become more than just a company that helped cool and heat homes. They adapted their services to help lower utility bills through energy efficiency, address discomfort issues, reduce humidity levels, and increase air purity. Thus, a cooling and heating systems provider became a one-stop shop for indoor air comfort, quality and efficiency.

To help carry on their initial vision, they invited their son, Dennis Mollgaard, Jr., to join them in 1989. A recent graduate from Texas A&M, Dennis Jr. was eager to learn the trade and to grow their business. For the last 25 years, Dennis has learned from his parents and carries on the proud tradition of fast, same-day repairs, fair prices, and excellent customer service.
