Time To Reflect on Día de los Muertos at Tiger Services

The Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos in Spanish, is a cherished Mexican tradition that resonates with its vibrant culture and profound beliefs. Celebrated on November 1st and 2nd, this tradition provides an opportunity for us to remember and honor those who have passed away. It is a time to reflect on moments with our favorite aunt or uncle or one of our friends and, of course, our parents. It’s a time to show gratitude to the people that made a difference in our lives.

At its core, Día de los Muertos is a joyful commemoration of the lives of departed loved ones. Families construct ofrendas (altars) adorned with marigolds, sugar skulls, photographs, and cherished possessions of the deceased. The belief is that, during these days, the souls of the departed return to visit their living friends and relatives.

At Tiger Services Air Conditioning – we are invited into hundreds of homes each year and we have the privilege of meeting many amazing and warm-hearted people. Over the years, we often form connections that extend beyond the transactional. Our customers entrust us with a part of their lives. They allow us to make their homes more comfortable and safe.

Let us delve into the history and spirit of the Day of the Dead as we reflect on our departed customers and the legacy they leave behind. Those customers who have passed away this year were more than just patrons; they were individuals with stories, needs, wisdom and aspirations. We will remember all the art that was drawn for us, all the birdhouses that were built and the bread, cookies and other delicious desserts they baked. You will be remembered for your kindness.

We are grateful for their trust, their kindness and sharing their time with us. As we commemorate the Day of the Dead, we realize that each client contributes to the rich tapestry of our company’s history. We are appreciative to all of our clients past and present.
