Tiger Services is a family-owned San Antonio air conditioning company that has a more than 30-year legacy of fair prices and highly skilled technicians. The company’s services include indoor air evaluations, air duct inspections, maintenance, energy audits and comfort surveys, equipment replacement, air duct replacement, and air filtration/purification. We have a long history in the city and have thrived by word-of-mouth.
Our technicians go through extensive training and state and public screening, ensuring professionals who will respect your property. These technicians have completed hundreds of hours of training and continue their education to stay on top of the latest trends. We service all brands, including Rheem, Trane, Lennox, Carrier, Bryant, Goodman, Sears, Honeywell, GE, and Maytag. We are fully stocked in Lennox and Trane equipment. Our technician’s vans’ are fully stocked with parts so that they can immediately address your problems.
Our mission is to keep you comfortable with clean air at an affordable price. Unlike some companies, we set a flat fee, regardless of how long the technician takes. We offer financing, promotions and coupons year round. In addition to flat rates, our two-year warranties and same-day service put us a cut above the rest.
The Tiger Services Story
We’re a locally-owned company (not just a branch of a huge conglomerate) who has been providing San Antonio air conditioning services since 1978. Small enough to care, but large enough to offer you great service. We are licensed by the state of Texas, BBB accredited with an A+ rating, and have strong ratings on Angie’s list.
Joyce and Dennis Mollgaard, Sr. were pioneers when they opened the business in 1978, with innovative offerings such as warranties longer than 90 days, maintenance agreements and employee background checks. Ahead of their time, most of the modern-day company offerings customers enjoy today was available at Tiger Services, then called Air Alamo Services, more than 25 years ago. Placing a premium on talent in their technicians, Mr. & Mrs. Mollgaard became one of the most reputable local companies in their field.
As the new millennium arrived, the Mollgaards expanded themselves to become more than just a company that helped cool and heat homes. They adapted their services to help lower utility bills through energy efficiency, addressed discomfort issues, reduce humidity levels, and increase air purity. Thus, a cooling and heating systems provider became a one-stop shop for indoor air comfort, quality, and efficiency issues.
